Coach Juli

ABOUT JULI

I’ve never been very good at fitting in one box.

Coach. Strategist. Systems thinker. Author. Speaker. Builder. The titles have changed over the years. The thread underneath them has not.

  • I see how pieces connect.
  • I notice what is missing.
  • I organize the mess.
  • I make complicated things easier to use.

Systems BrainBuilder

Before this chapter

Before the AI, systems, and colorful website… there was a fitness studio.

I spent nearly a decade building and running a brick-and-mortar fitness business.

It taught me leadership, community, operations, selling, adapting, and how easily a business can become too dependent on the person running it.

  1. Leadership

    People, community, coaching, and selling.

  2. Operations

Schedules, payroll, retention, and adapting mid-week.

  3. The lesson

A business can quietly depend on one person to stay upright.

When life changed the plan

Then life changed faster than the business could.

  • Burnout.
  • Grief.
  • Divorce.
  • Closing the studio.
  • Moving.
  • Rebuilding.

I spent a long time thinking I needed to become someone completely different.

What I eventually realized was that I did not need to erase everything I had built. I needed to figure out what still belonged, what no longer fit, and what kind of structure could support the person I had become.

You do not bounce back.
You build forward.

The thread that was there all along

Apparently, organizing the mess was the job all along.

Across fitness, coaching, content, business strategy, AI, and systems work, I kept doing the same thing. Someone would hand me a mess.

And my brain would immediately start connecting the pieces.

That became the foundation of the work I do now.

Too many ideas
A scattered process
A pile of information
An unfinished offer
A workflow living in your head
A problem she can feel but not explain

How the ecosystem came together

Two sides of the same work.

Rebuild

Broken To Brilliant™

Broken To Brilliant™ grew from what I learned about the human side of rebuilding a business.

  • Capacity changes.
  • Identity changes.
  • Confidence changes.
  • Life changes.

The business has to be able to meet the entrepreneur where she is now.

Simplify

Motion AI Studio™

Motion AI Studio™ grew from realizing that even when the entrepreneur has clarity, the business can still be unnecessarily hard to operate.

  • Too much in your head.
  • Too many repeated decisions.
  • Scattered information.
  • Content living everywhere.
  • Follow-up disappearing.

AI and systems are useful when they reduce that load.

First we rebuild what got heavy.
Then we simplify what makes it harder than it needs to be.

The Motion Method

The way I think about sustainable momentum.

REBUILD SIMPLIFY SUSTAIN

Rebuild

Figure out what still fits, what changed, and what needs support now.

Simplify

Make the business clearer, calmer, and easier to operate than it used to be.

Sustain

Build rhythms that survive a hard week without depending on a perfect one.

Momentum matters more when you can keep it.

What I believe

A few things I’m pretty stubborn about.

Quick Juli facts

The less official bio.

  • Yankees fan.
  • Simba runs quality control.
  • Ted Lasso references happen.
  • Likes big ideas better when they have somewhere to live.
  • Has very little interest in pretending business has to be boring.

What working with Juli feels like

I’m not going to hand you more complexity and call it strategy.

We get the ideas out of your head, figure out what actually matters, connect what already exists, and build something you can use in a real week.

  • Clearer decisions
  • Fewer mental tabs
  • Usable systems
  • Ideas turned into action
  • Less starting from scratch
  • More follow-through

Experience snapshot

I’ve learned business from both sides of the desk.

Where to go next

Okay. Enough about me. What do you need?
